A compassionate healthcare provider in Buntingford is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to support an adult male client. In this 1:1 role, you will provide essential care, promote independence, and be a reliable presence in the client's life. The position requires experience with complex needs, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Our client is a man who lives at home with his wife and two Great Danes. They benefit from structured routines, reassurance and support both at home and in the community. A carer who is calm, patient and confident working independently will thrive in this role. A driver is essential.
You will support the client with the specific clinical tasks outlined in their care plan. These may include:
Full specialist training and competency sign-off are provided by our Clinical Team, so you do not need to have every skill listed to apply.
