Overview

Join to apply for the Care Assistant role at Abacare.

Location: Swansea and surrounding areas. Shifts available: a range of flexible shifts. Access to a vehicle is required due to the geographical location of the role. Travel time and mileage paid. Pay rate: £12.70 per hour (£12.90 weekends).

What you’ll do

Our care assistants are the extraordinary people who do the everyday things that mean so much to our clients. You’ll:

  • Follow individual care plans and assist with personal care (e.g., helping clients bathe, dress, manage incontinence, and supporting them with their medication).
  • Help with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes and housework.

You will work to support clients to live safer and more independent lives in their own homes.
