Care Assistant (Car Drivers Only)

Base pay: £14-15 per hour depending on experience, full or part time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing care in the client’s own home.
• Helping clients live their life their way with patience and reliability.
• Working early mornings, evenings, weekends and occasional nights as required.
• Ensuring professionalism, friendliness and a high standard of care.

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence and access to a car (no sponsorship available).
• Right to work in the UK and willingness to provide relevant Home Office documentation.
• Prior experience or caring for family and friends is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and evenings.

PerCurra provides all necessary training before and during the engagement via a PerCurra company induction. A 3‑day induction and mandatory training is offered to all employees, with further training available after a 6‑month probation period.
