Shifts Available: Monday - Friday8.45 am to 3:15 pm (term time)

Access to a vehicle is required due to the location of this role.

Job Description

What you'll do

  • Ensure the safety and protection of the individual at all times, preventing knocks, bumps, and falls that could cause skin blistering.
  • Provide support with toileting and pad changes, encouraging and assisting the individual to use the toilet independently where possible.
  • Encourage a healthy diet and adequate fluid intake.
  • Assist with pain management as needed.
  • Monitor the condition of the non-friction suit and any dressings, promptly reporting any concerns or issues to the designated family member (mum).

Previous experience in care is not a requirement for this position, just plenty of care, compassion and resilience.
