Care Assistant – Richmond Villages (Aston Court Care Home, Little Aston Hall Drive, Little Aston, Sutton Coldfield, B74 3BF)

£12.25 per hour plus Bupa Benefits.

Permanent contract. Day and night shifts available. Shift pattern includes alternate weekends.

Job Description

As a Care Assistant, you are at the heart of making a difference to our residents. You are passionate about care, and we would love you to become part of our family. You will work with a remarkable team, helping people from your own community. Providing high‑quality personal and social care, nurturing relationships, and giving kindness and warmth to individuals and your colleagues. Whether experienced or new to the sector, we provide support and training to help you develop.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with a high standard of clinical, social and emotional care, recognising and meeting their specific needs.
  • Support residents with a wide range of requirements from companionship to personal care.
  • Work as part of a team supporting the nurse or senior care assistant in monitoring residents and reporting changes.
  • Communicate with residents’ families, friends and other healthcare professionals.
