Care Assistant (Days) – Emmeline Sarah

Join the care team at Emmeline Sarah, a beautiful restored landmark in Birkdale, Southport, offering luxurious surroundings and exceptional, person‑centred care.

Salary: £12.21 per hour, 44 hours per week, 8am‑8pm. Note: This role is not eligible for sponsorship.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting residents with personal care, hygiene, and daily living activities
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Assisting residents with mobility and mealtime needs
  • Monitoring wellbeing and promptly reporting any changes or concerns
  • Maintaining accurate care records and contributing to clear handovers
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe, calm, and welcoming environment
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a care setting is desirable but not essential
  • Compassionate, professional approach with a positive attitude
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work day shifts, including weekends on a rota basis
