What you’ll do
Be a part of a special care team delivering care to our client who is a delightful child and support her to reach her full potential. Due to our client’s complex needs you will be working alongside a registered nurse, you will be required to deliver care either within the home or whilst our client is at school, supporting our client to access education is an important part of this role. You will deliver care in line with the care plan which includes tracheostomy care, care of the ventilated child and gastrostomy care. As well as supporting with all aspects of daily living you will engage in play with our client who enjoys listening to music, singing, playing memory games, and watching videos.
You will be supported by Advantage Healthcare London branch and invited to attend regular supervisions and team meetings. A registered nurse will ensure you are competent in our client’s care needs and support with any clinical concerns and queries you may have.
