Space and Community Lead – Office Manager

This role is an exciting opportunity to lead an office and be a cultural ambassador as part of our Space and Community pillar at Monzo. As a key member managing and maintaining the site, you’ll be at the heart of all things engagement, culture & community in our Cardiff office. Your responsibilities include running the office, company‑wide gifting, events and engagement strategy. This role reports directly to the Space Lead.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with building/office management teams to ensure Monzonauts are engaged and working effectively in a delightful and safe place.
  • Welcome new starters in the office by making their first day magical and ensuring they have all the information needed for success.
  • Listen and respond to feedback from the office‑based team and use data to improve processes and documentation to enhance the office experience.
  • Be responsible for all on‑site health, safety and environmental reporting.
  • Facilitate events, socials and perks in the office and work with office teams to maintain consistency for office events.
  • Be responsible for SWAG operations at a company‑wide level.
  • Contribute to and play a key part in our Culture and Engagement strategy, focusing on remote engagement.
