Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in card issuing, within a regulated financial institution or fintech.
• Deep understanding of tokenisation, EMVCo standards, and mobile wallet provisioning.
• Strong working knowledge of card scheme requirements, issuer processor integrations, and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Owning the product roadmap for card issuing and digital wallet integrations.
• Leading initiatives around tokenisation and lifecycle management for mobile wallets.
• Defining and delivering core product features like virtual card numbers and spend controls.
