The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience, be fluent in English and either French or German, and possess strong project management and interpersonal skills. Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Conversational AI Delivery.
• Fluent in written and spoken English AND French or German (C1 level minimum).
• Experience in chatbot and voicebot projects using Cognigy or LLM tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Conversational AI projects.
• Define project objectives and manage timelines and resources.
• Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment.
