Location: Sandicliffe Dealership, Loughborough

Hours: 32 (some flexibility required, including some weekends)
£20,833.28

About the Role

We’re looking for afriendly, organised, and motivated Café Supervisorto lead the café operation within our Loughborough dealership. This role plays a key part in delivering a warm, welcoming experience for our customers, visitors, and colleagues while maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and food safety.

You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the café, supporting and motivating the team, and ensuring the café reflects Sandicliffe’s commitment to excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervising the daily operation of the café, ensuring smooth and efficient service
  • Leading, coaching, and supporting café team members
  • Delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Managing stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimising waste
  • Ensuring food hygiene, health & safety, and cleanliness standards are met at all times
  • Handling customer queries or concerns professionally and confidently
  • Supporting rota planning and cover where required
About You
  • Previous experience in a café, hospitality, or food service role (supervisory experience desirable but not essential)
  • A positive, approachable leadership style
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A passion for customer service and creating a welcoming environment
  • Confident in maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
  • Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently
