Overview

We have a great opportunity for a CAD Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities

You will produce the organisation’s 2‑Dimensional Pictorial Estate Plans, Title Number Drawings and Property Schedules ensuring they are accurately mapped to the organisation’s Land Registry Titles adhering to strict set procedures.

You will also be responsible for maintaining the drawing archives so that Clarion holds a comprehensive catalogue of completed scheme drawings.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will hold a recognised CAD qualification with sound working knowledge and practical experience of AutoCAD 2018 or above.

Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in Corsica Street, London or Beacon House, March. Candidates will be required to work from the office at least two days per week and attend a monthly team meeting in person when required.
