We’re on the lookout for a Business Systems Manager to take charge of our growing digital infrastructure. We need a sharp, solution-oriented systems leader to ensure our operational platforms run smoothly, scale effectively, and deliver real value to the business. You’ll be responsible for the end to end functionality of our Enterprise Resource Platform (ERP) and all the connecting systems like Shopify and our third party logistics (3PL) service providers’ Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). You’ll also own the relationships for our outsourced office-IT provision. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to keep everything connected, optimised, and future-ready. From system troubleshooting to driving automation and leading process improvements, you’ll be the go-to person for all things business systems.
