A dedicated support services organization in the UK is seeking an Administrative Support Officer to provide flexible administrative support across various functions, including finance, human resources, and IT. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and experience in a business support role. This position offers an opportunity for varied duties within an efficient operation environment aimed at delivering excellent service to clients and stakeholders.
Working as part of the wider Finance and Corporate Services team, you will provide flexible administrative support across the organisation, helping to ensure efficient operations, strong governance and an excellent service experience for clients and stakeholders.
This is a varied post offering exposure to a wide range of business functions, including finance, human resources, training, IT, facilities and general administration. Duties are undertaken on a rotational basis, with scope to reflect your skills, strengths and areas of interest.
You’ll bring:
A business, finance or human resources related qualification as well as experience of collaborative working in partnership with external stakeholders would be advantageous.
