  • Report building issues to landlord/managing agent.
  • Liaise with contractors/suppliers for office maintenance.
  • Monitor and register hired cars for driver and insurance purposes.
  • Assist other team members with administrative support.

As we continue to grow, we are now seeking to strengthen our Business Support Facilities Team with a Business Support Assistant at our Stirling Office.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities
  • General office administration incl. welcoming visitors, answering incoming calls and assisting staff
  • Deal with incoming and outgoing post, courier bookings and deliveries
  • Ensuring stock levels are maintained for both office supplies and pool vehicles.
  • Assist with booking and maintenance of office-based pool vehicles.
  • Data entry and processing of building related invoices, pool vehicles and hire cars
  • Reporting of building issues to landlord/managing agent
  • Liaise with contractors/suppliers to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of UK offices, ensuring documentation on file is in date and maintenance carried out.
  • Monitor and register all hired cars in relation to information for driver and insurance purposes
  • Work closely with and assist other members of the team with administrative support in times of staff absence
  • Any other duties as required by the Business Support Manager and Senior Management team. Duties of the post could vary from time to time as a result of new legislation, changes to technology or policy. In this even the appropriate training will be provided.
  • Must have strong administrative and organisational skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office including and enjoy working with spreadsheets.

This is a Permanent, Full-Time role, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
