A leading talent acquisition firm in the UK seeks a Business Psychologist to spearhead R&D in innovative assessment solutions. You will design and develop cutting-edge tools to evaluate talent while ensuring they meet AI standards. The role demands strong leadership in project execution and stakeholder engagement. Ideal candidates will have a background in occupational psychology and extensive assessment development experience. The position is hybrid with a minimum of 1 day per week in the Newbury office.

Salary: From £60,000
Location: Hybrid (Newbury-based office, minimum 1 day per week)

As our R&D lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing and delivering cutting-edge assessment processes and psychometric tools that evaluate potential at scale. You’ll lead design and implementation, champion equality and inclusion, and ensure our solutions stay ahead of the curve in an AI-driven world.
