Business Processes Co‑ordinator – Barratt Redrow

Responsibilities
- Data process and business process reengineering.
- Compliance monitoring of internal business processes.
- Production of weekly reporting.
- Support in the review of existing reports for relevance and recommend improvements as appropriate.
- Assist with the management of sensitive and important data for the purpose of reporting.
- Assist with the upkeep and future progression of the company’s website and intranet.
- Assist in the production and management of social media posts.
- Assist with change management across the business.
- Training on processes/procedures as required.
- Supporting new starters with IT set up and onboarding.
- Ordering and maintaining IT equipment.
- Liaising with the technical support team for complex IT issues.
- Ad‑hoc tasks to support the line manager as required.
Qualifications
- IT literate, and significant experience with Microsoft programs.
- Team player, supportive of departmental colleagues.
- Self‑disciplined and able to work on own initiative.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to be flexible and manage a varied workload.
- Well organised, focused on meeting deadlines and able to manage shifting priorities.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Comfortable with dealing with high volumes of communication.
- Proven ability to focus on driving improvements and current ways of operating.
- A critical thinker, but with a focus on finding solutions.
- The ability to think analytically and articulate issues.
- Experience with change management and project management.
- Experience with Power automate, SharePoint, ArcGIS and Power Bi would be beneficial, but not essential.
