Role

The key responsibilities for this exciting Business Development Manager position will focus on developing new business across key verticals in the UK, hunting for and cultivating opportunities. The role is solution‑selling B2B, offering security installation in the form of video surveillance, access control, intruder detection, cloud‑based security solutions and remote monitoring. This position requires autonomy, self‑generation of leads, scheduling and managing appointments. The successful candidate will join a sales team of 10, be required to meet and exceed targets, and translate marketing strategies into sales. It is a challenging yet rewarding role, offering a great opportunity to join a stable, rapidly growing organisation.

Candidate

We are seeking candidates who are already working in the electronic security sector and can hit the ground running. A minimum of 3 years in the sector is required. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, disciplined, well‑organised, with the focus, attention to detail and drive to close deals, managing long, complex sales cycles to fruition and winning business. Experience selling security systems into the commercial or public sector in Ireland, operating at all business levels and interfacing with multiple organisations across sectors, is highly desirable. Polished oral, written communication and presentation skills are essential.

Package

This Business Development Manager role offers a basic salary of £65,000–£75,000 with a realistic OTE of £180,000+ and an uncapped commission structure.
