What the day will look like

In this wide and varied role your key responsibilities will include:

• Lead the broking function, ensuring all activity aligns with UK Broking Strategy and fully adher circuitry processes.
• Guide and support the broking team, allocating responsibilities effectively and managing the discovery process for all in‑scope clients.
• Negotiate optimal terms in the market and personally oversee a small portfolio of high‑profile, strategically important accounts.
• Build and manage strong trading relationships sich with insurers, collaborating with the Chief Broking Officer to shape agreements and tackle opportunities or challenges.
• Analyse market conditions and brief colleagues, ensuring teams stay informed on trends, programme design considerations, and the broking value proposition.
• Drive continuous improvement and compliance, promoting best practice across workflows, processes, and regulatory requirements.
