We are seeking a Brand Manager to take ownership of the iconic Davidstow brand and a dynamic Private Label portfolio, steering strategy and delivering marketing initiatives that make a real impact. You will be at the heart of a collaborative, fast-paced environment where creativity meets commercial thinking.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the 13‑year business plan for Davidstow and Private Label with full P&L and budget ownership
  • Develop and execute insight‑led brand strategies to achieve market, brand, and financial KPIs
  • Drive NPD projects and create compelling selling stories to win distribution and engage customers
  • Manage integrated marketing campaigns that reinforce Davidstow’s premium positioning
  • Present brand performance updates and strategic recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in FMCG marketing, ideally within food or drink
  • Strong commercial acumen, including P&L interpretation and budget management
  • Ability to bring a brand to life through creative storytelling and innovative marketing approaches
  • Experience influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels
  • Interest in NPD and packaging design (preferred but not essential)
