Duties and Responsibilities

Focus: Define and guide Travelstaytion’s brand identity in alignment with strategic objectives and rebranding milestones.

  • Lead the development and refinement of Travelstaytion’s brand framework and positioning across global markets.
  • Ensure consistent application of brand tone, visual identity, and messaging that reflects the company’s values and premium service offerings.
  • Oversee updates to brand guidelines and alignment with external creative stakeholders.
  • Manage the creation of brand-aligned communications such as media kits, press releases, and executive presentations.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align brand messaging with corporate direction and audience expectations.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide strategic input on brand evolution.
  • Drive strategic branding initiatives during rebranding phases, including content redevelopment and rollout strategies across channels.
Marketing Operations

Focus: Direct the execution of comprehensive marketing plans and optimize partner engagement initiatives.

  • Develop and implement the annual marketing communications roadmap, encompassing objectives, budget planning, and KPIs.
  • Maintain and execute a structured marketing and events calendar covering activations with Supply & Demand partners.
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality promotional materials—presentations, brochures, and brand assets—via coordinated efforts with external vendors.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure flawless execution of marketing events and partnership-driven campaigns.
  • Standardize promotional efforts across regions to uphold brand consistency and quality.
  • Manage external marketing agencies, ensuring alignment with branding goals and operational targets.
  • Administer reporting procedures for Marketing & PR activities, including analysis of impact and stakeholder communications.
  • Track departmental KPIs and deliver data-informed updates to the leadership team.
Digital Marketing Focus

Focus: Oversee the digital ecosystem to enhance brand visibility, audience engagement, and return on investment.

  • Establish and manage the company’s integrated digital marketing strategy across web, email, social media, and performance channels.
  • Design and execute social media plans focused on expanding Travelstaytion’s digital footprint and customer interaction.
  • Supervise the creation of engaging, brand-consistent content, including blogs, videos, and multimedia communications.
  • Ensure continuous optimization of Travelstaytion’s public digital presence, including website updates and search visibility.
  • Set measurable digital campaign objectives and monitor outcomes across all touchpoints.
  • Analyze and respond to audience feedback, guiding team response strategies and messaging approaches.
  • Direct internal and external teams responsible for social media execution, ensuring editorial alignment and timely delivery.
  • Manage updates during rebranding phases to reflect refreshed brand direction across digital channels.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field from a well established university in the UK or abroad
  • A minimum of 3 years professional experience in senior Marketing positions
  • Experience within the travel industry will be considered a strong plus
  • Solid understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
  • Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
  • Ability to communicate and influence effectively in mid and senior level management
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM Administration (e.g. HubSpot, Mailchimp)
  • Strong analytical, communication, time-management, and creativity skills
  • Ability to read and analyse Web analytics (Google Analytics, Social Media Statistics)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable as a public speaker
