Job description

BMS Engineer - M4 Corridor

We are looking for a BMS Service Engineer to work along the M4 corridor, carrying out BMS preventive maintenance (PPM) visits and responding to breakdowns across various public and commercial premises. The role is part of a solid structure with opportunities for promotion and skill development within the Building Energy Management System (BEMS) field.

Responsibilities

• Carry out BMS PPM visits and breakdown response.
• Maintain and service Trend BMS products, including models 963 and IQvision.
• Work at client sites across the M4 corridor.
• Participate in periodic training and development on new products and technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience with Trend BMS products (963 or IQvision).
• Electrical knowledge – 18th edition certification or electrical apprenticeship preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently.
• Valid UK driving licence and ability to travel to various sites.
