Qualifications

  • Solid, proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of Billing & WIP management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft packages.
  • Adaptable and able to complete tasks without close supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Action all billing instructions received in required timeframe.
  • Review WIP balances and proactively manage team’s WIP.
  • Ensure accurate data capture and reduce income leakage.
  • Establish strong working relationships with Matter Partners.
  • Facilitate requests from fee-earners for client information.
