Before & After School Wraparound Care Activity Lead – Brackley

Job Description:

S4A is seeking a Before & After School Activity Lead to work at our Wraparound Care setting in the Brackley area to inspire and engage with children through play.

We are seeking an Activity Lead to join our team and create a fun and enriching environment for children.

The hours required are 7:30-9:00am & 3 pm-6pm Monday to Friday with the option of working additional hours in the school holidays, if required.

These contracts can be term time only or across the whole calendar year including school holidays, if required.

Role Overview

As an Activity Lead, you will take on a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our high-quality Ofsted-accredited settings. Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring a safe, fun, and stimulating environment for children.
• Leading and coordinating various activities, tailored to different age groups.
• Maintaining professionalism in interactions with children, parents, colleagues and schools.
• Safeguarding the well-being of all children attending our clubs.
