About the role

As a coach at pace club, you deliver our signature group classes based on a precisely defined format. Every session follows a set structure to ensure the highest quality standards worthy of the Home of athletes. Your task is to execute with precision, create energy, and embody the hybrid & HYROX culture in every class setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver the predefined HYROX signature (Hybrid) and On signature (Running) classes with 100% format fidelity.
  • Bring structure, energy, and precision to every session.
  • Coach individuals within the group through clear cueing, motivation, and technical guidance.
  • Lead with an energetic, positive, and confident presence.
  • Engage members before, during, and after class to nurture community and performance ambition.
  • Contribute to the pace club culture of visible athletic excellence.
Your profile
  • Several years of experience coaching class‑based formats.
  • Proven background in hybrid training and running.
  • Strong moderation and communication skills with an energetic, positive presence.
  • Mastery of coaching fundamentals (technique, cueing, motivation, individualization).
  • Professionalism, discipline, and a passion for high performance and community.
