About The Role

This is a part‑time weekend position (Friday and Saturday evenings) ideal for someone who enjoys a lively atmosphere and loves engaging with customers. You’ll be working both behind the bar and in front of it, helping to prepare cocktails, serve drinks, welcome guests, and ensure everyone has a great experience.

Main Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, and spirits to a high standard.
  • Welcome and interact with customers in a friendly and professional way.
  • Take orders and serve drinks or small plates to tables when needed.
  • Keep the bar area clean, organised, and well‑stocked.
  • Support the team with opening and closing duties.
  • Promote the bar’s atmosphere by engaging with guests and creating a positive vibe.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a bar, cocktail bar, or hospitality setting is preferred.
  • Good communication and spoken English.
  • Confident, outgoing, and customer‑focused personality.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a small team.
