Your local store is looking for a minimum 16hrs per week Barista/Coffee Shop Assistant.

Whether it’s a regular grabbing their usual or a first‑time visitor, you’ll make sure every customer leaves feeling better than when they arrived. It’s a busy, hands‑on role that takes energy, focus and a fair bit of graft.

What you'll be doing

Whilst meeting high standards for Health and Safety and Food Hygiene, our Coffee Shop Assistants function as part of a tight‑knit team, working well under pressure and excelling in product knowledge to deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.

• Keeping the restaurant tables clear and sanitised as promptly as possible to maintain our customers high expectations
• Providing an exceptional standard of cleanliness throughout the kitchen, service area and restaurant
• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service to support strong CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) scores, ensuring every customer receives a welcoming, helpful, and memorable experience.
