We're looking for a charismatic and enthusiastic Bar Supervisor to join our team in Whitworth Locke in Manchester. This is a full time role working 40h across 5 days per week.

The role.

As the lynchpin of the Bar team, you’ll make sure guests feel genuinely special – from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operation of our main hotel bar and events bar
  • Oversee and ensure smooth delivery of events
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Train and mentor staff to maintain high standards of performance
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations
Qualifications
  • At least one year’s experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
  • Solid knowledge of classic cocktails
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
