Job Title: Bank Senior Care Assistant
Agency: Advinia Health Care
Location: Greater Manchester, BL3 6SA
Salary/Rate: £13.40 per hour

Your New Role

Our talented Senior Care Assistants lead our Care Teams to provide the highest standard of care, compassion, and resident dignity. Working closely with the Nurses or Deputy Manager, you will be tasked with:

  • Administering medication
  • Providing hands‑on, high‑quality Resident Care
  • Team supervisions
  • Developing, implementing, and updating care plans
  • Adhering to CQC guidelines
  • Coaching and mentoring your team whilst identifying training needs

The day shift is: 08:00 – 20:00
The night shift is: 20:00 – 08:00
