A leading mental health organization in Salisbury seeks dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurses. Beechlydene Ward are looking for like-minded enthusiastic and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurses who share our visions and values. Beechlydene is a 21-bed ward split into single-sex wings, providing an excellent opportunity to work with service users with a range of mental health needs in crisis. Working alongside a supportive and cohesive team, you will demonstrate excellent communication skills, shift coordination and competent nursing abilities within the clinical area to both registered and unregistered staff. You will ensure continuity of care and implementation of trust policies. Developmental support will be provided through the supervision structure and ward manager, with access to training focused on clinical, management and leadership skills. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive induction package upon commencing employment, annual appraisals focusing on your development and career progression within the Trust, and an excellent preceptorship programme for newly qualified nurses.
