Job summary

A leading marketing company based in Sheffield is seeking Outbound Energy Sales representatives. The role involves contacting consumers to identify needs for products and promoting gas and electricity sales over the phone. You will work in a flexible environment, initially in the office, with the possibility of hybrid work based on performance. The successful candidate will earn between £12.50 and £13 PH, with uncapped bonuses, and enjoy additional perks such as team outings and a benefits platform.

  • Experience in telesales or face-to-face sales is essential.

Outbound Energy Sales

This role is initially based in the office for Training & Grad bay, however once up to speed you would then have the option to work on a hybrid model (Performance Depending).

We’ll give you:
  • Starting at £12.50 PH - £13 PH (Experience Depending)Plus a fantastic uncapped bonus & Pay Progression.
  • 20 days holiday which increases with length of service & 8 days bank holiday
  • Fantastic location,this role is based at our Church Street site (S1 2GN)with excellent transport links.
What will you be doing:
  • You will be contacting consumers to establish a need for our clients product.
  • Once a need is established you will be promoting Gas & Electricity to the consumer and completing the sale over the phone.
  • You will be using our clients CRM system to complete the sale. Experience using a CRM system is preferred.
  • Telesales or face to face sales is essential when applying for this role.

Hours of work

Fully Flexible Monday - Friday, 8AM - 8PM

37.5 - 40 hours per week
