We are on the lookout for a B2B Marketing Manager! This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join the marketing team at Co‑op Live, the UK’s largest arena. You'll drive strategic marketing initiatives for both B2C and B2B audiences, focusing on fans, partners and members to support commercial objectives.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the B2B Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive revenue, enhance brand awareness and improve fan experience and sentiment.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of market trends, customer behaviour, and competitive dynamics. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial marketing, excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Please note this role involves working evenings and weekends to support the events calendar.

We're looking for proven experience in a fast‑paced in‑house marketing role, ideally within entertainment, hospitality, sport, or destination venues. You will have a strong commercial mindset and a track record of delivering marketing activity that drives revenue along with a good understanding of brand.

As a B2B Marketing Manager, you will have excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deliver end‑to‑end campaigns. We are looking for confidence when it comes to collaborating with creative and content. If you have a strong understanding of digital channels and campaign reporting, with the ability to make data‑driven decisions, we'd love to hear from you!
