This remote role requires strong networking and presentation skills along with extensive experience in aviation tool sales. The ideal candidate will build brand awareness and manage key accounts in the aerospace industry. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for success in this position.

  • Manage accounts and negotiate contracts.
  • Build relationships with distributors, resellers, and manufacturers.

We take pride in serving the aviation and aerospace manufacturing industry since 1987. We’re looking for a sales manager responsible for direct sales to aviation and aerospace manufacturers and related firms in the European region.

Job Responsibilities
  • Building a growth strategy centered around brand awareness and financial growth.
  • Identify prospective aicraft and aerospace manufactureres and decision makers within organizations.
  • Leverage your network to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Convert prospective leads into clients.
  • Competitor and market awareness to emphasize Wescon’s value proposition.
  • Network with key decision markers within airlines at events, workshops and trade associations.
  • Account Management.
  • Ability to negotiate and close contracts.
  • In depth knowledge of the company’s products and services.
  • Build relationships with distributors, resellers and manufacturers.
  • In depth knowledge in aviation tooling.
Job Requirements
  • Excellent presentation and communications skills.
  • 5-10 Years experience in European market in aviation tool sales.
  • 2-5 Years experience in the Aviation industry.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree in business administration, sales or equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in Spanish.
  • Familiarity with precision aviation tools.
