Qualifications

• Experience ideally as a Senior Sales Executive, Business Manager, or Transaction Manager.
• Ability to adapt your approach to customer needs.
• Confidence in supporting the team and Sales Manager day-to-day.

Responsibilities

• Managing and developing new and used vehicle sales enquiries.
• Supporting sales team performance across new and used sales.
• Maximising vehicle and add-on product profitability.
• Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations.
• Developing sales plans, processes, and procedures.
• Being familiar with all Sales Department systems and standards.
