• Knowledge of automotive systems and vehicle layout preferable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Capable of handling a busy work environment.

• Understanding of warranty guidelines.
• Previous experience with Kerridge/PSA beneficial.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Upsell labour hours.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with workshop technicians for updates and job completion.
• Schedule customer vehicles with maintenance plans.
• Understand workshop efficiencies.
