Qualifications

• 3 years previous automotive maintenance and repair experience is required.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Perform work as requested on the repair order.
• Perform oil and filter changes.
• Inspect vehicles for oil leaks.
• Document all work performed on the work order.

Skills

Productivity and ability to stay on task

Communication with mechanics, customers, and management

Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs

Use of own set of tools

Education

High school diploma or GED

Formal automotive training

Virginia state Inspector certification
