This team member will be responsible for providing technical support to users on-site and working remotely throughout the region. In a truly fast paced environment, you'll be the in office point of contact for our users on everything and anything technology related to IT.With an environment that is predominantly cloud based, this is a great opportunity to work with market leading cloud technologies, ensuring users have access to what they need to do their jobs and helping them get the most out of their tech.Based in our London headquarters, you'll be helping to maintain the technology in the workplace and working closely with different stakeholders around the business to support their requirements.The ideal candidate will be self motivated and dedicated to learning with a positive can-do-attitude, willing to work in a steadfast, global, and collaborative environment.**How you’ll make an impact*** Provide customer focussed technical support to our local users, on a mix of Mac & Windows devices* Support and troubleshoot a wide range of market leading SaaS applications and tools such as Google Workspace, Okta, Jamf, InTune, Slack and Atlassian* Partner with our Workplace Experience team, to maintain the office technology including desk setups, conference rooms, WiFi and digital signage* Support and assist with events and the AV technology throughout the office* Assist with the onboarding of new joiners.
