**Role Summary** We’re looking for an excellent communicator, with a passion for data and the ability to deliver a data governance framework that will form the foundation for market leading CRE leasing data at JLL.The Data Management Lead will marry their influential communication style with a deep, and demonstrable, knowledge of successfully implementing data governance frameworks. In addition to their technical data knowledge, the correct candidate will be an agent for change and a key individual as we evolve the data maturity of our business.The role will be responsible for creating and enforcing policies and governance for effective data management, both for the team of data professionals they manage as well as the wider business. This will include establishing robust processes for data collection and maintenance as well as monitoring and analysing data quality and usage. The role will be a data SME to the business and provide authority, support and guidance on the use and value of the data under their management.
