We operate a flexible hybrid working pattern at Frazer-Nash, with time split between the office, client sites and working from home.

Overview

At Frazer-Nash, we help our clients solve complex challenges to create a more sustainable world. We are looking for an Associate Client Director to support a major multi-national company within the UK energy sector.

Working alongside a Client Director, you will help shape, secure, and deliver large, complex consultancy engagements, positioning Frazer-Nash as a trusted strategic and delivery partner. This is a senior, client-facing role with substantial impact on growth, delivery excellence and long-term client relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Build and nurture trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in a global energy utility to create a multi-functional network and develop a deep understanding of the client priorities.
  • Oversee, shape and manage complex bids and proposals across energy transition, infrastructure and transformation programmes, and work with a multi-disciplined capability team to support the relevant value propositions.
  • Manage delivery of critical, multi-disciplinary consultancy projects, engaging with the client throughout the process to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Enhance commercial results by overseeing budgets, risks, and profitability and working with the delivery teams to make sure that expenditure is aligned.
  • Bring market insight on the energy sector, regulatory environments and emerging technologies to the wider Frazer-Nash organisation.
About You
  • Significant experience in sales, illustrating proficiency in negotiation and contract completion.
  • Extensive consultancy experience in energy, utilities or regulated infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in collaborating with large electricity and/or gas utility clients, System Integrators or Business Integrators.
  • Established record in business development, bid leadership and complex delivery.
  • Commercially proficient with highly skilled stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Efficient communications and presentation skills.
