What you will do:

• Lead and manage a team within the Safeguarding Team, ensuring high standards of practice and compliance with all relevant legislation.
• Work closely with colleagues and partners to deliver effective safeguarding services to children and their families.
• Oversee case management, providing guidance and support to social workers, ensuring the timely and appropriate delivery of services.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve service delivery and outcomes for children.
• Conduct performance evaluations, identify training needs, and support professional development within your team.
