A sports academy in Nottingham seeks a full-time Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach to enhance athletes' performance. The role involves managing individualized strength and conditioning programs, providing nutritional advice, and supporting the academy's teams. Ideal candidates possess a sports science degree, experience in multi-disciplinary environments, and the ability to work with elite athletes. We have a fantastic opportunity for someone with a graduate sports science qualification to join our Academy team on a full-time basis as the Strength and Conditioning Coach.
The role is primarily to drive a world class strength and conditioning environment for the Academy and early engagement programme (EPP) under the supervision of the Lead S&C Coach and to provide high quality athletic development to the talent pathways.

This role is subject to an enhanced DBS accreditation.
The role includes regular UK travel during and outside of the County season and may include an overseas touring commitment once a year.
