A distinctive accessories retailer, renowned for its innovative and design-led watch collections, is seeking an ambitious assistant store manager to support the leadership of its Newcastle store.

As assistant manager, you will be a commercially driven and hands-on leader with a passion for customer experience and performance. You’ll play a key role in delivering KPIs, driving sales, and supporting the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the business. Confident in leading from the front, you’ll motivate the team, improve productivity, and help maintain the brand’s high standards on the shop floor.

This role would suit an experienced retail manager, or a supervisor/assistant manager ready to take the next step in their retail career. You’ll come from a service-led retail environment and be comfortable balancing commercial results with exceptional customer engagement.
