Qualifications

  • Experience of working as an Assistant Site Manager with a high volume residential house builder.
  • Up to date knowledge of health and safety and building legislation.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Site Manager with the day to day running of the development.
  • Assist with management and implementation of health and safety procedures.
  • Ensure that adequate site records are maintained.

Skills

Effective communication and listening skills
Ability to work on own as well as part of a team
Proficient IT skills

Education

GCSE Maths and English – Grade C/4 or above
Valid CSCS card
Valid SSSTS certificate
Valid First Aid certificate
Valid Scaffold Appreciation certificate (desirable)
