Your Key Responsibilities
You’ll support the delivery of SEO and Paid Media campaigns across multiple platforms, with clear guidance and structured training.
SEO (Search Engine Optimisation)
- Write and optimise on-site copy: category descriptions, blog posts, press pack, FAQs, data/trend reports, and lead form pages.
- Support product feed consistency and backlinks research.
- Prepare monthly SEO reports covering keyword rankings, backlinks, and performance metrics.
Paid Search (Google Ads)
- Build and maintain campaigns: write ad headlines, apply sitelinks, and upload creatives.
- Refine targeting (by location, time, and date) and expand into new paid search channels.
- Produce monthly campaign performance reports with relevant KPIs.
- Create and manage paid social campaigns: ad copy, targeting, and creative uploads.
- Assist with ad funnel builds and split testing.
- Generate monthly campaign reports with actionable insights.

- Timeliness and reliability in reporting
- Up to 1 year of digital marketing experience (internship, agency, or in-house)
- Basic understanding of SEO, Google Ads, or Paid Social principles
- Strong writing and grammar skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel/Sheets) and Canva
- Keen interest in learning data-led digital marketing
Desirable (Nice to Have)
- Experience using:
- SEO Tools: Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, WordPress/WooCommerce, GA4
- Paid Ads Platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads
- Creative Tools: Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
Within 12–18 months, you’ll have the opportunity to specialise as either:
- SEO Executive / Senior SEO Executive — focusing on organic visibility, content, and technical optimisation; or
- Paid Media Executive / Senior Executive — managing budgets, strategy, and advanced campaign optimisation.
