Equans UK is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our Equans Digital Business based from our London office on a hybrid working arrangement.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring infrastructure projects to ensure timely and cost‑effective delivery
  • Support project governance, reporting, and documentation in line with Equans’ trading framework
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams to maintain alignment and resolve issues promptly
  • Contribute to health, safety, and environmental compliance across all project activities
  • Develop skills and experience to progress toward full project management responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
  • Support CVR processes and financial tracking under guidance from senior managers
  • Coordinate project meetings, prepare reports, and maintain accurate documentation
  • Monitor progress against milestones and escalate issues where necessary
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to maintain clear communication and resolve queries
About You

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, specific knowledge of infrastructure services, strong IT skills, proficiency in MS Project & Excel, familiarity with health, safety, and environmental compliance standards.
