Location: Central London

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Responsibilities
  • Support the Project Lead with daily project coordination and site management.
  • Assist in managing subcontractor teams, ensuring programme, quality, and health & safety compliance.
  • Prepare and manage project documentation, permits, RAMS, and progress reporting.
  • Attend and contribute to client, design team, and subcontractor meetings.
  • Support snagging, commissioning, and handover activities.
  • Take ownership of smaller projects and work packages with guidance from senior leadership.
  • Develop commercial awareness, procurement understanding, and client management skills through structured mentoring.
About You

1–2 years’ experience in construction, ideally within commercial fit-out or refurbishment (other sectors considered).

Strong organisational and communication skills with confidence dealing with clients and subcontractors.

A proactive, solutions-focused attitude with a real desire to learn and take on responsibility quickly.

Ability to travel daily to Central London sites.
