What makes a successful Assistant Manager?

  • You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Travel Consultant with a proven sales record.
  • You are a problem-solving leader capable of coaching, developing, and motivating a team to maximize job satisfaction and performance.
  • You have a customer-focused approach and aim to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • You are enthusiastic, positive, and committed to contributing to the growth of the business and your colleagues.
  • You have a passion for travel & tourism and possess exceptional product knowledge.
