  • Be an ambassador the brand/group both internal and externally.
  • Monitor and manage inventory, stock levels, and supplier relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular performance and operational reviews to maintain excellence.
  • Support recruitment, training, and onboarding of new team members.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and manage employee relations.
  • Address customer complaints and feedback, ensuring swift resolution.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention through engagement initiatives.
  • Support the GM in managing budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
