A client-side Facilities Management company in North London is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to manage a portfolio of four sites. This role involves day-to-day management of facilities services and building relationships with occupiers and suppliers. The ideal candidate should have experience in facilities management and strong organizational and communication skills. This position offers opportunity for growth and development under the guidance of an experienced Facilities Manager.

Qualifications

The Role

As the Assistant Facilities Manager, you'll take responsibility for a small portfolio of four sites, ensuring they are safe, well maintained, and delivering a great experience for occupiers. You'll work closely with – and report directly into – an experienced Facilities Manager who is committed to mentoring and supporting you as you progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Day to day management of soft and hard FM services across the sites
  • Building strong relationships with occupiers and suppliers
  • Supporting with compliance, H&S, and ensuring statutory requirements are met
  • Assisting with service charge budgets and procurement
  • Helping drive service excellence across the portfolio

  • Experience in Facilities Management (assistant level or similar)
