As an Assistant Educator at N Family, you’ll support your team in creating an inspirational environment that delivers the best care and education – guiding every child to dream big, think independently, and explore the world with confidence. In our fast-paced, ever-evolving nursery, you''ll learn from experienced educators, understand the different needs of all the children in your care, and help bring our N Curriculum to life as you grow and develop in your role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver our ‘learning through play’ ethos and our N Curriculum with care and flair.
• Follow our daily routine and ensure smooth transitions from mealtimes to naptimes to playtimes.
• Support the planning of innovative, challenging learning experiences that encourage child development.
• Support with high-quality observations, assessments, and planning for key children.
• Help supervise mealtimes in line with N’s safety policies.
• Complete daily health & safety checks thoroughly, escalating concerns where needed.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
• Embed all policies and procedures into your daily practice.
• Make sure every area is kept clean and tidy throughout the day.
• Help with day-to-day tasks that keep the nursery running smoothly.

Qualifications

• You don’t need previous experience in a similar role, just a genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children!
• The drive to complete your full induction and take up opportunities for further training and development, including Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding and Child Protection, and the opportunity to gain a Level 2/Level 3 Early Years qualification.
